Remember to Reassess Vitals after Procedures and Medication Administration (i.e. Valsalva, Adenosine [ACP])

Remember to reassess patient condition and vital signs after procedures are completed. For example, after the Valsalva maneuver.

Similarly, medications that treat heart rate or have an effect on heart rate or blood pressure need to have reassessment of patient condition and vital signs after completion.

These procedures and medications are intended to change patient condition and therefore this needs to be assessed (and documented!)
